| L6 | Company Commander | $400K team / $50K+ personal production |
| L5 | Platoon Leader | $250K team / $50K personal production |
| L4 | Squad Leader | $100K quarterly team volume |
| L3 | Corporal | 8 issued paid policies |
| L2 | Specialist | 2 issued paid policies |
| L1 | Recruit | Entry level / Onboarding |
L4 is the leadership milestone. Once reached, you are recognized as a proven team builder for life. Your level is yours permanently. No demotions. No resets.
